I was surprised that a lot of people set goals quickly. However a lot of us got less motivated with time goes by.
You may not be aware that in behind there are couple thing stops you from being motivated.
1. You do not connect yourself to the goals.
Only a few of us really ask a question: Is that what I really want? Take your head into the reason why you do and what you do. Keep asking yourself, like did I choose my own goals? Is there something else I feel more connected to? When we have the emotional connection to that idea, we can then insert ourselves into it.
2. You reward yourself for everything.
It is good that you start with a reward system, but you are not firm with yourself. If you procrastinate, but you still reward yourself. An excellent reward system has to be positive rewards and negative punishment. Keep yourself in check.
3. You lack independence.
Many unmotivated people feel like they are being put into the driver seat. Freedom of choice is essential for building your motivation.
4. You stay in bed. Laying down too much ruin your motivation. Don’t work in bed.
5. You are indecisive about the future. It is like jumping straight in the unknown. Instead, you should define your goal, laying out the plan about the future. So that you can make that specific dream into reality.
6. You repeat past mistakes. You are struggling with the same problem, and you don’t feel like you are improving. Change your perspective and try something different. Find another way around it.
7. You are exclusively Extrinsic. In fact, the best motivation around you is intrinsic motivation. Which are inner passions, beliefs, and values. If you stay disciplined, you will get to your goal eventually . However, most people are motivated by extrinsic, like praise or admiration.

Most different products and services are just a small twist on an old idea. But they are different. Get ruthless about trying something different.

Good Ideas are not adopted automatically. They must be driven into practice with courageous patience. Before the beginning of exceptional brilliance, there must be chaos. “Be all you can be!” From chaos comes order. If we wish to make a new world, we have the material handy. The first one, too, we made out of chaos.
Before a brilliant person begins something great, they must look foolish in the crowd. How do you find an area in which to make you succeed? Seek out chaos and bring order to it. Master the chaos that controls our world.
How to master any skills you desire for 7 easy steps.
You must have passion. Pick up a skill that you desire and passionate about.
2. It is all about elimination. Eliminate other skills and focus on your picked one so that you can concentrate on one expertise at a time.
3. Identify the emotional barriers that would interfere with your desire skills. The barriers could be low self-esteem, any negative thoughts.
4. Plan the time and commit to practice it. Break down that 1 day 24 hours into 60-90 mins per each session. Set at least one day apart between each section. Time your practice into 25 minutes each so that you can focus.
5. Get the tools, the platform, and the environment you need to achieve the skills. Get immediate feedback to keep track of your progress so that you can quickly adjust your mistakes and grow fast. If you have money, getting a coach who specializes in that field will help you eliminate common mistakes among learners. You may not like listening to your voice; however, a filming recorder does help you to observe your performance fine-tune your skills. Apps or Softwares are also a great way to help you keep track of progress.
6. Breakdown the subject into micro-parts so that you can digest complicated ideas.
7. Aims at acquiring skill most and quickly, not perfection. Being a perfectionist will slow down your pace. By doing so, you can achieve your skills rapidly.

The only way to get start as a high performance person…
There are no high-performance touchy-feely people. In order words, being emotional or sensitive won’t brought you to success.
Seek and destroy. That’s the way it should be.
They train with the intensity of war . That’s why war has little effect on them.
High Performance people Practice, Practice and Practice. They practice to be high-performance people.
A Quantum Leap is a move you’re already prepared to make, you just haven’t done it yet. A tall tree experiences strong wind. At no time at our history is change by minute. It makes life more difficult if you don’t change, it makes life more easy if you change.
People have exceptional extraordinary emotional bank account that succeed at high level performance. People have two bank accounts- an emotional and a financial. Most People’s emotional bank account runs out long before their financial. In contrast, high performance people have high ability to deal with stress.

Why Conventional wisdom with Networking is always wrong ?
In the world 97% of people either dead or dead broken by the age of 85. Only 3 % of people are success. Becoming a successful entrepreneur is not difficult but it is different.
A suggestion is to find out what 97% people are doing and do the complete opposite. Conventional wisdom is almost always wrong. For example, you observe what most people are doing in networking function, and then do the opposite, thats how you don’t follow the conventional wisdom.
Typical dictionary Definition of networking( Conventional Wisdom): The exchange of information or Services among individuals, groups or institutions. To Cultivate productive relationships for employment or business. Whats wrong with this definition ? This shows the purpose of networking is for employment or business. So most people hoping to get a job or build up their business in networking.
Most people go with wrong approach, they are aims at taking. Networking not about employment or make your business. 99% of the people going to the event, they are not your ideal client. They are entrepreneur who struggles with their business by hoping to get new clients to pay their bills. The approach of going there hoping to get some business is failure. If you don’t have enough customers, you don’t have networking problem, you have marketing problem. Imagine, if you were making more money than you ever imagined than you had time for, how often would you still go to networking events?
You focus on attractions, that is marketing.
New Definition : Networking is any activities that increase the value of your network or any value you contribute into it. You only go to the networking event unless you are a speaker or there’s a speaker that you want to see or learn.
A fancy good art work of writing doesn’t necessary bring your audience to the product you sell. A proper copywriting do.

Thats when you bring value. And you bring the AHA Moment. Something that people wouldn’t know, you can show them what it is different than any other thing. You don’t show them how to do it exactly. ( Thats when their subconscious mind decide to buy your product or not).
Here is where you do the sales, offer the product, Goals: Why do you want to sell it? Keep it straight forward. E.g. ask for permission if they don’t like to keep watching, they can leave the video now. You have to keep the energy at highest, direct and firm. Why are you selling that product if you don’t trust it/ thinking you are robbing people’s money?
To confirm the sales, the simple offer. Set up your offer has better valve than any offer should, ( not the product). Show them that the moment they buy from that channel is a bargai
How many of you hesitate to take actions because you worry what other people think of you? This make it like procrastination. It stops you from making decisions, it’s slows down your actions. It stops you from achieving your goal!
When you are at 20s, you concern what other people think of you.
When you are at 30s, you care less about what other people think of you.
When you are at 40s, you realised that nobody is actually care about your at all!
When you realised that, most of their comments related to what they are dealing with their life. These people are reflecting their life stress on you and thats how they make their comment.
