Why People don’t make decisions?
Because we are fear of making wrong decisions.
Overwhelm ( Sometime they interact with too many informations and they don’t know where to start.
When we trying to do it on our head instead of writing on a paper.
However, the only failure is failing to decide.
Second, because of uncertainty, because you are not sure what it is.
Leaders are made to made to make tough decisions, do it with the greatest possibility. Leaders decide to be certain.
Before we even just into the method, here are the 4 crucial rules around the decision making.

ALL important / difficult decisions must be made on paper.
( If you do it on your head , its gonna do looping, you don’t really got any resolution, but adding stress and pressure on your head. )
Be Clear about what is it that you really want and why you want it.
Don’t Wait for Absolute certainty. Make the best decision on Probability.
Clarify the order of importance of any outcomes you identify. ( Value clarification )

Outcome Knowing the long term outcome is so important!
Options List at least 3 Options, when you have 1 option, you don’t have a choice, when you have 2 options, you have a dilemma, when you have 3 options, then you have a choice.
Consequences Look at the consequences of each optionsWrite down upside and down side.
Evaluate Look at the upside and downside of options, which of the options make the most sense? Which one is my favourite option at this point?
Does’t this upside get me my outcome ?What is the probability of it actually succeeding?Make it from 0-10 what gonna be good with it/ bad with it? You will end up with elimination with a lot of option, and have the final 1/2 left
Mitigate Is there any strategy compensateto get rid of downsides.
Results Go and Make the Decisions
If you are in the Challenge / situation 1. You need to get resourceful 2. Describe the situation 3. Vision ( what made it possible?) 4. Get to the right people who succeed. Or how did you overcome situations before? ( Pull back the past experience you figured a way to deal with it, what pulled you through? Was it a believe changed?
Some of you have been fasting in the past, with different reasons. Why is it so hard to fast successfully? Sometimes its like mental challenges that you keep thinking of the food, sometime just because you feel dizzy and then you have to break the fast.
To fight with dizziness, first you have to hydrate yourself. Its not about only during the day, but the half glass of water right before your sleep is crucial.
Never try to be a hero by just having water throughout the day, you need to add 2-3 cups of broth into the meal, drink loads of salt lemon infused sparking water through the whole period of fasting also help with succeeding fasting.
The goal of the fasting cycle is making you to be able to focus more, stay stronger, not to be weaker.

A tomato onion potato soup is highly recommended as a meal to break the fast. The moment you have this soup, your body will absorbed it right away. And you will be fully energised. Physical energy immediately gained . This recipe will be included in the next couple of post.
One side note: Never ever eat strong solid food or snack in 2 days after breaking the fast, I will guarantee you having a very upset stomach.
I don’t want to lose weight, Why do I want to do fasting at the first place?
With the studies that fasting regenerate your immune system, recycle the unused white blood cells, cleansing body, balance your hormones, improve your ability to focus.
3 Days fasting is a type of prolonged fasting. My aims is doing this once per month.
Last month as my second fasting I failed that I have to break my fast on the second day after the dizziness. With self-evaluation ,I failed with 2 reasons.
First, I didn’t hydrate enough during the day especially wasn’t drinking half cup of water before sleep, the coffee shop where I am working as very busy during the first day.
Learning from the 2nd time, this time I added 3 cups of broth per day, drink loads of salt lemon infused sparking water through the whole period of fasting.
This time my husband is inspired with my first time success and he wants to do fasting with me together.

Second morning 6am my blood ketones was at 0.9mml, the evening I tested again I was at 2.7 mml, third day morning I was at 4.4 ml.
I am pretty happy about my outcomes.
One side note is that, I highly recommend the tomato onion potato soup as a meal to break the fast. The third night when I was having this soup, my body absorbed it right away that I felt my blood all go up to my face and I immediately gain physical energ .
